A local took me to a place near Yangshuo (阳朔), from where I could see these "four brothers" in distance. However, finding a good composition in this location was not so easy. It took me a while to discovery a perfect reflection of the four mountains, where rocks in the water were used as some interesting foreground. The rest I did was to wait for the right light - it occurred 30 minutes after the sun completely went down.
