Rock Fishing

Rock Fishing

Rock fishing is a popular yet dangerous sport in Australia. In the early morning of 3 September 2011, I went to Sydney's famous east coast Maroubra and saw this person rock fishing at the edge of the cliff. Just a moment after I took this shot, this person was attacked by a huge wave. Luckily, he was not taken away by this dangerous wave.

In September 2010, one rock fisherman fell his death at this location.
